I received one of the first 5 sets of bags. Am I correct in thinking mine weren't raised the 5/8" that the others are now? I wanted to put a TH on but my bags go down to almost even with the bottom of my swing arm. It looks like the TH is about even with the swingarm so my bags would rest on the pipe. Anybody have any thoughts on this? And if I'm correct any ideas on raising them? Drill holes? Just deal with it? Thanks In advance

the swing arm on his is lower because of 13in sups, i don't think Garry has sent out any new bags with different molds, you should be same as him with a thunder header

Thx. I'm tired. Pipes attach to engine...shocks to swingarm...my short shocks don't change pipe height....I need a nap.

My bags were sent last Thursday before the clearance issue was brought up. They are the same as yours.

I think this is only an issue for pipes that sit high and also sweep up in the rear.

If you look at a set of stock tsport bags the gap from the fender also prevents some pipe to bag touching

Looks great!! I am a huge fan of the Thunderheader and the MX Bars look on point also.

If anything I would add a Tach to the bars and call that section done. Something like an Auto Meter with a 2 stage shift light.

I was waiting to do the tach until I did the 107" kit, but getting married in June instead... Priorities.
