These bags use a bushing that Garry has milled to fit with his bracket.

Garry are those quick detach brackets available separately? I have some other bags I'm looking for mounts for and those are by far the best quick detach hardware I've seen. Good job

Thanks for all the responses guys! Special thanks to 07Bobber, Hogpro and Macnab for answering some of the questions for me.

I hope to get the install instructions done by friday, but some of you will already have your bags by then, so I thought I would do a few quick videos to explain a few things. This first video is for installing on 93 to 2005 bikes.

This next video shows how to adjust the bracket to keep it tight on your bike.

I need to put an important note here, it is possible to put the bags on wrong if you are not paying attention! This next pick shows that the bag wasn't pushed up all the way against the bigger chrome spacer on the docking point. The bracket will lever down in this position, but it will rub on the suspension if installed like this.

The bag needs to be pushed up against the bigger chrome spacer (or Harley detachable docking point) as shown in the next pic.

Later,
Garry

Me too. Hopefully they arrive this afternoon. Today's actually my wife's birthday but I'm getting the best gift myself!
