I put some 14in MX TBARS on my bike.They have a 12in riser.

Cable change
If I got the 10" mx TBar. Would I have to change the stock cables?

Go with the 12, it's perfect for your height. You don't have to change anything up to 12".

I have a 2012 Dyna Wide Glide. I am thinking about getting the 10" West Coast MX TBars.
Also, do you know if it is 8" stem and 2" handle bars for 10" TOTAL or 10" stem with 2 inch bars for 12" total??

mine are 10" and i'm 5'10". could have gone 12 for sure.
At 6'2" i'd def. go 12"
