Has anyone tried swapping the "earlier" 11.5" rotors from the 39mm front ends to a 49mm front end? Just got an 08 FXDF and it's got HD calipers (NOT Brembos...) so I would like to put my Apex rotors from my 01 FXDXT on...Lyndal no longer makes the Apex rotors and I like 'em...everyone simply answers that the earlier rotors are 11.5" and the later ones are 11.8"... I'll eventually try sooner or later while I have both bikes, but I've found very little that hasn't already been done by someone here.....
