Anyone have any clearance issues with the drive belt. After switching my wheels, my 200mm Metz is very, very close. When I had the 200mm on my stock wheels I had a little more clearance. Now, I'm lucky if I have much more than 1/8" clearance! Both the stock rim and my new one are 16" x 5.5". I've been riding it that way but maybe I should switch back to the stock 180mm next tire change.

 

OP...this is what I would do in your situation. Send your wheels to him for powder coat. Nice work!
