Default Anybody use just the one left side Brembo off a dresser?

For a bike I'm building. It's an 07 with the bastard rotor. How much better is just "upgrading" to just the one dresser Brembo?. I've built ones with aftermarket 4,6 piston single caliper. I know all about the different choices in rotors, pads, blah blah blah, just figured somebody has done this.

I wouldn't do it myself. Those factory Brembo calipers are not easily serviced.

I bought the Arlen Ness caliper housings (they just came out) and took them to Harley and they stated that the Brembo's have no serviceable parts in them. Then I took them to a local shop here in MD. & he said no problem, just order the new seals from Arlen Ness (for safety reasons of course) & he could swap out the Brembo "guts" & install them into the Arlen Ness housings. Harley also said you would need to purchase new calipers if any thing needed replacing...WTF

I just put a set of these on an older Dyna. They bolted right up. They worked like a charm. I am wondering what are the parts in the Brembo's that cannot be serviced?

I know they fit. I know they say they aren't serviceable. I want to know if anyone has done it and if it is an improvement from stock. Like the title says, just one, the left size. Not both. Not changing anything else. Just an improvement question.
