Default custom front brake line

custom front brake line should be last piece I need to go
to four piston frontstopping power on my 06 SuperGlide.

Searched this site, internet, and the site sponsors for builders.

Probably missed an obvious one.

I am probably looking at custom Goodrich lines, just need to find builder.

Any suggestions, fone #s, tips, alternative solutions??
Will be much appreciated.

I need line from master cylinder on 06 WG mini apes
To dual calipers on 06 WG legs.

Mud,
Damn server just hosed my lengthy reply to you - so here goes again.

I'm buildin my own and an actually planning it for tomorrow - so no pics sorry.

I'm making my own 3 peice setup
1) upper brake line
2) Tee fitting that goes under the lower triple tree
3) lower brake line.

Now the tee is intended for both left and right calipers, but can be used with only a left caliper.
Russell makes one (Drag #DS097024). Ness and Goodridge also make them. Price is 30-60.
All have one side longer than the other, so 2 banjos can be used on the right side if needed.

Now it adds up a bit because you need 4 banjos - one for each side of the tee, one at the caliper and one at the lever. If you have a dual disk front setup, you will need 2 on one side of the tee, plus a dual banjo bolt.

Once the tee and all banjos are in place, you can get a piece of line, and measure what length will work for the upper and lower lines. If your local indy has a goodridge display, then you should be able to get the lengths you need.

Hope this makes sense without pics, I've had a few beverages.

If I make progress tomorrow - I'll post em.

Same thing just happened to me. Dammmit.
I had just pecked out a highly intelligent, well articulated, precise and concise reply
that basically stated that I probably need a few more beverages to fully appreciate your offering.
Disappeared with one wrong mouseclick.

So, yeah, I get it, build my own.
I would really like to have a one piece component fabricated for me,
but I may well go the route you suggest.

Post some pix of your progress if you get a chance.

Black would be extra phine Phreak.

Thanx for pointing me to the JP catalog.

Good starting point. I've put together a lot of fuel systems,
usually using AeroQuip fittings and hoses.

Hoping to find a builder to fabricate a one piece unit to my specs,
but, I'll work with this whichever way the wind blows.

Mud,
Here's a few crappy pics.

First on is right side, banjo installed on tee
2nd is front, out of focus, tee with a banjo on each side, keep in mind I'm real close so the tee looks big. Note the right side (OK left side in pic, but the bike right side) is shorter

My indy guy did not have the cable sizes i needed, get em on tuesday.

The Russell tee is not great quality, if I had to do it again, I'd go with the Ness.

Stupid question- what is the purpose of the tee? I had braided cables and lines put on my bike when I replaced the bars/controls, and the indy replaced the 2-piece brake line with a one piece, and just a clamp below the triple trees. Am I missing something I should have?

I'm realizing that I'm in the minority here.

Single lines seem to be the preference, I personally like the sharp lines of straight down - straight across under the tree- then straight down to the caliper. Most others appear to disagree.

If you have apes it's very easy to just deal with a single line as there is lots of space for the turns and curves that are involved.
