I have the SE2 slip-ons with the stage 1. The sound is awesome but the look isn't all that great. When I get an extra 6 or 7 hundred bones, I may go with the big radius v&h pipes. They just look kick ars. And i've heard them on the dyna and it was quite juicy

And now the anavoidable question ;-) Sweden? You see, we Finns don't order anything from Sweden unless the situation is tough. Lack of those pipes would considered as tough ;-) Was it some kind of web store you used? BTW, I agree with the power and like you I'm looking for the neighbourhood terror ;-)
I thought you might not like the Swedish connection, my ex was from Norway and wouldnt buy from there either !

I bought them from this site - http://www.1066customcycles.co.uk/ac..._Exhausts.html

You may be able to get the without the VAT which would probably cover the shipping costs. The service was great and couldnt have been any quicker.

I have a 99 Super Glide and it had the Screaming Eagles....not too bad but not what I wanted. I just picked up a set of Vance and Hines Short Shots off Ebay.....ohhh yeaaaa baby...this is what I wanted. Put over 100 miles on the bike today after installing them. I just didn't want to go home! The sound is awesome and man they look good!

In my opinion I would buy a set of pipes,V&H's have to be the most popular. They have full heat shields to keep from toasting your boots or leg and stop the pipe you see from turning blue.Thier big shot pipes have the look of two pipes with the preformance of a 2 to 1 pipe.I have those on my 06 Glider.
I have heard that the big radius pipes can be tough to get a proper tune with the fuel injection, but there are many here who run them and they would know better than I would.
I dislike the short shots for the purpose of it uncovers that ugly assed swingarm on the Dyna seriesframe. In case you havent looked it hooks to the tranny rather than the frame, and seems even longer when its out in the open.
I have a SuperTrapp 2/1 on my FXRS and it looks fine, but the swingarm hooks to the frame like a normal bike.

I had SE slip-on on my wide glide when I bought it. It wasnt super loud but had a nice fat low rumble. The were a little beat up so I bought a set of V&H big radius. I left the baffels in and it gained about 5 hp and 5 ft pd torque. They have more of a hi toned crack instead of that rumble. I didnt like it at first but it grew on me.

I fitted V & H Straightshots HS slip ons to my 07 Bob. It took me 20mins to swap them over and they sound ace. I am well happy and still grinning from ear to ear.

The local dealer (Birmingham Harley) wanted over £700 for the SE slip ons (**** off, was the first words out of my mouth) Got the V& H ones for £230 inc delivery which makes the sound all that much sweeter !
This is what I would do. They look great.

S&S mufflers have a much stronger sound than SE II's, and are about $350
