Congrats on the bike. I removed the tank emblems, front and rear reflectors on mine. Just used the Mrs hair dryer and a plastic putty knife wrapped under an old shirt. Came right off. Powder coated the air intake cover and horn cover a semi gloss black. I replaced the chrome derby cover with a matching wrinkle black one. I pulled the chrome bar off the battery cover and filled the holes with black plastic hole plugs. Replaced the stock seat with a badlanders seat. Added the pegs and installed the Harley all-in-one 60's style sissy bar. I just installed the Akrapovic open exhaust and the love for my SB is growing constantly. Still have a laundry list of changes to "personalize" the bike. 10" Z-bars, alloy art strut lights, LED headlight, yada yada yada. Congrats and have fun man.

 

Congrats, p/u my '12 Street Bob 3 weeks ago and love it. It was my upgrade from '73 Ironhead Sporty.
