Max Oil Temp - 2009 FXDF
2009 FXDF, 12,000 miles, SE HB, PC-V, BCT baffles instead of the stocks. Running Amsoil 5W20.
My commute home takes me through heavy stop and go traffic for more than 10 miles. On hot days, my oil temp reaches 263. Is this too hot? The bike seems to run just fine but I'm concerned that the temp is higher than it should be. Oil coolers don't seem to be a viable option because of the nature of most of my riding. Any idea what the ceiling is for max oil temp on Amsoil?
