I have been enjoying my Burly's for quite sometime. Don't really have anything bad to say about them. Well guess the only thing is that my jack won't fit under unless I roll up on a 2x4. But that is a minor inconvenience for looking so good. I'm about 215lbs and have them set on the lightest setting, no bottoming or rubbing. With the short shot pipes I only scraped once or twice on tight corners. Best of luck and post up some pics!

Here is a shot of my 03 with the rear only lowered. Ride 2up quite a bit and have not bottomed out. The Burlys are pretty stiff

on the newer glide you MUST have the 1" shorter kick stand [$5o or so] and then you will need a extension to reach it with your foot. Being that the stand is 1" shorter it no longer sticks out past primary cover. My bike has a 21" seat height so I flip it down with my hand. Now I dont even notice I do that anymore. one last thing the shorter stand rubs the bottom of primary and started to wear paint and a small indention in alum. I remedied this by slitting a 1" piece of clear surgical tubing and wraping the loop on the stand where it rubbed. IT stays on tight and looks like a factory piece.

I moved my bumper. I don't have any issues with the stand touching anything at all now...

There is not a rubber bumper on your frame? If not, that is your issue...I can easily reach my stand with the heel of my foot...

Ya there is a rubber bumper on the frame and I can reach my Arlen Ness -1" stand with my toe. Actually I thing it is easier than with the stock stand... maybe I'm just getting used to it.
