Default V&H Quiet Baffles

Got some quiet baffles for my big shots and let me tell you there still loud, in a good way. They sound real deep now no more harsh pitch noise. Got back some lost low/mid grunt as well. Very happy with them if anybody is considering a pair.

Put them on mine a couple of weeks ago. Really give it that deep rumble I was looking for. Maybe they need to chage the name from quiet baffle to deep baffle. Got mine fom Americanclassicmotors.net for $50

Finally got my new tank from the dealer and was able to bring the bike to an indy for V&H Straightshots with "Quiet" baffles.

As luck would have it, the bike was ready for pickup Saturday at 11 am. The rain stopped at 9:00 and the roads were dry by noon and the temps went to 71 degrees.

Man, what a great sound the quiet baffles produce!!!!

Definitely agree with all the previous posts!!!!

Now I've really got the itch to ride, and the weather is turning cold in CT.

Thanks for the info chaps; I've been wondering how they sounded - I'll definitely get a set now. Does anyone know if the PC III settings need altering to suit?

Ditto everyone else - love the sound of the not-so-quiet Quiet Baffles in my V&H Short Shots - nice low bass Harley signature rumble and still more than loud enough. Huge difference from stock pipes. I've got the SERT w/Stage 1 Intake w/K&N filter, and the SERT download wasn't any different with either baffle and probably close enough for now, but suspect a good dyno tune will tweak it just right - which I will do come Spring time.

can you get the quiet baffles for the Big radius as well. I love V&H but your right about the higher pitch rumble. Would like more of a low deeper sound. Sure sounds like this is the ticket for that.
