I think I'm gonna use white lithium grease and see how that holds out against the elements.

Marine grade axle grease? my experience with anti-sieze is that has a tendency of gumming up

Anti seize is supposed to hold up well to weather. Even the kickstand is supposed to be greased with it and it is under the bike getting wet and filthy. The stuff I bought also says it withstands temps of -60F to 1600F
