Default Injector swap from 8 degree to 25 degree on my 06 wg

I did the swap today on my bike it was really pretty simple. Mine came stock with the 8 degree injectors that they had a TSB on. Of course after I read up on the Tsb it was a year after it expired. My bike would miss on cold starts and surge at low speeds. It took me about 30 mins to make the swap. Here are some pics of the process not that great quality they are from my iPhone.

Runs good no more surging at low speeds. The cutting out only happened every once in awhile when it was cold but im guessing that is also gone. The new injectors flow better and have a wider spray pattern. They also have 6 holes in the end instead of 3.

Grab a flash light and look through on the horn side they are marked on the side. The 8's are pn 27625-06 and the 25's are pn 27709-06A

Is there any documentation on this swap and the benefits of doing it? I would like to know more about this.

Did you have to update the ECM?
