They retail for over $90 ea (discounted price I just saw was $72.80 ea) ... so ~$150 - $200 for the fix ...?

I too have the 25mm it was a warranty issue from when I bought my 06 new in 07 as a leftover and they fixed the comp issues and primary problems as well as changing the faulty shifting problems with the Andrews components. What makes me curious is I wonder if the fuel efi tuners I.e. fuelpak need to be made aware of this swap for the proper map?

I believe you need a new map when switching from the 8 to 25 degree injectors. I have the 8 degree injectors still. I had a PCIII installed and my bike dyno tuned before I found out about switching to the 25 degree injectors. My bike runs solid so until I have a reason to get it tuned again I won't be switching them out.

they did not cover the warntee if you have a tuner in the bike from HD... just so you know.. they said that the map fixed the issue.. only stock setups... i fought it all the way to corprate at HD and still got the no go... i picked both of my injectors off a 2009 street glide for $50 for the set when he upgraded his motor build
