Why would anyone be pissed? I don't think there's a "normal" mileage on delivery.
I've bought many many brand new cars and bikes.....they've had anywhere from 3 miles to 100 miles on them.
It could have been test driven by a prospective buyer, or an issue from the factory then test driven by a tech.
Why would it be a problem or concern? Everything new is under warranty if there was any issues.......

Probably only about 20 miles were from test rides as techs usually put 10 miles on after assembly (at least at my dealer). Hopefully YOU put some on it when you test drove it. If you didnt test drive it you should. I'm sure it is fine, but you need to feel good about your purchase. It's a lot of your money so make sure you feel good about spending it. If you have concerns talk to your dealer. I know people have specifically requested bikes with zero miles upon delivery and dealers have obliged. Personally I will tell you that the tech test drive is something I'm in favor of. Plenty of threads here about poorly set up bikes. My dealer seems to have zero issues with that. I see no problem with 30 miles. Either way, make yourself happy.

I'd guess there was some kind on issue on the test ride so it was ridden again.
Dealer I used to work at always put about 7-8 miles on the initial test ride. Enough to spot any problems and perform the hot oil check,
I doubt other customers have test ridden it as I would not expect a dealer to PDI a bike (so it can be ridden) prior to sale. It would be pretty shoddy of a dealer to let the bike go out for a test ride post sale..
