Almost time for a new front tire and been thinking about going with something with a little more rubber on the rd. Any of you Wide Glide guy ever did this and if so what size?

I ran a 110x19 up front for about 10k, when I made the swap it was from the stock 21 dunlop which sucked.
When I switched back to the 21 for looks I went with the Metzeler ME880 up front, (have always run Metzelers) Can't really tell much difference in handling against the 19 metzeler and the 21 metzeler, either is a huge difference from a 21 dunlop..

Here are couple shots with the 19.

 

Switched a wider wheel (3.5" vs 2.15") and am running a 120 tire...vastly improved handling and much more stability.

 

If you stick with your stock wheel you can bump up to a 90/90. Anything wider will require a new rim.

 

I did a wider tire on my '10 Wide Glide. I went with a Avon Road Rider AM26.
It was the widest tire I could find without going to a wider wheel.

I went with a 16 inch wheel and a 130 tire, handles much better at highway speeds and rides nicer over rough roads, i used to have a 21 inch
