Confused exhaust upgrade help!
After reading and reading talking to other riders I wanted to put some v&H slip ons on my dyna street bob 12 some people say
A. they will just go on no more work necessary
B. they will need also a filter and fuel pack or other fuel system
c. they will need Xieds leads
d. stage one down load
so what is it or is it trial and error for each bike result confused as hell

You don't need anything else. There are things you may want i.e. some type of fuel management system to enhance what is delivered from the factory. Install the slip-ons, enjoy them, don't worry and slowly read more about enhancements to your fuel injection system. If you are happy with the performance of the machine, don't feel guilty about stopping with slip-ons.

Thanks I'm happy to add more just gets hard to keep up with some people saying fuel pack some saying Xieds will try them see how they work then go from there I guess is it defiantly worth having the 1000 mile service before adding slip ons or does it not matter?

Alright Ash? - I bought my Street Bob from Manchester H-D before it closed down. Flew up from London, and rode it home first day.
I was where you are now.
Personally, I wanted more noise, and better looks. - and was convinced to 'stage 1' it.
Went for V&H Short Shots - loud as thunder, - K&N filter, and V&H fuel pak.
Put it this way, it's LOUD, cars hear you and move out of the way for you when filtering, and 6th gear becomes one that you can actually use.(!)
Good luck with your decision.
