Default Changing Baffles

If I change the baffles do I need to get a remap or anything like that? Or is it a direct swap?

What baffles do you have and what are you changing them to? Do it and see how it runs. If you just have the dealer remap I don't think there is anything they can do anyway. But if you have a tuner you can make some changes depending on how the bike runs with the new ones.

depends.

what are you changing? if it significantly changes back pressure then yes remap.
something like removing baffles or cutting them then you'll need to remap.

Depends. Do what baffles do you have right now and what baffles are you going with. As well as, what do you have for a map right now? You could just take the 1/2 hr change them and see how she's running.

Just put quiet baffles in my true duals. The bike ran like crap. Choked out on acceleration. 3 maps later from fuelmoto and it now runs great. The extra back pressure really made the bike run very rich.

Right now I have Python Duals with the stock baffles (I think)they were on the bike when I got it. I think it has a stage one kit on it.
