My 2005 Super Glide Sport

 

Here;s a couple of shots of my 2001 Dyna Super Glide. Back in 06-07 it was a 95" with Magnacharger, made 125hp/125t at 6500rpm. Awesome power but miserable mileage, as low as 20mpg. not the ideal machine for travelling, did a 11,800klm trip in 06, averaged about 30mpg, cost me over $1000 for fuel. Dyna went 160 mph at 6500rpm, no problemo.
In Aug of 07 I swapped out the Twin Cam for a T124 Twin Cam S&S, it makes about the same power, in a totally different way. Its not quite as fast, but close enough, can do 150mph when I want to, but will give 46 mpg at cruise (70mph). Bike is geared 12% taller (2.88/1) so 5th the same as 6th on the newer Dyna's.
I'll be headed out for another 10000klm trip in early Aug, can't wait. Fastrider124

PC III, & new sneakers, and a few other items here and there oh back to mid controls the boards are off to reconfigure/design a cleaner set up. (being vertically challenged aint easy)

 

Is that rear fender stock? If not, whats it called?

 

Here is my '01 FXDX. I've been slowly changing it from when I first got it to where I am today. I may change just the muffler on the 2-1 pipe to something a little shorter and not as Japanese looking. After that, hopefully some mods to the engine in the winter.
