Default Fair price OTD on 12' street bob in NH/NE area

Hey guys,

First timer on here and sort of new to the HD world. Looking to see what you guys have paid/are paying for 12' street bob OTD. Have checked with a couple dealers locally and have been disappointed with the firm stand on retail pricing + $2000 in dealer fees/freight/set up...Talked to one other dealer close by that said they dont charge any dealer fees and can only say MSRP over the phone but to come down and talk.

Used isnt any better in my area with most people asking practically full new retail for one, two and three year old bikes.

Any help is appreciate.

Thanks,
-Josh

I bought mine for MSRP plus tax. Then the dealer threw in $1000 credit for parts and accessories. A lot of dealer won't budge on freight and set up. I won't pay it drive 50 miles away to avoid it. My friend just paid $13,200 otd for a nightster because he wanted a color that no other dealer could get, it was a left over 2011. They hit him with $300 paperwork fee and $1000 for freight and set up because they transferred the bike from out of state. I told him to walk but he was set on the color. He paid $500 less than I paid for my street bob.

I paid MSRP for mine plus $229 doc fee and $329 setup. Got the dealer to throw in $1300 worth of accessories.

Isn't there a dealer in Merideth that advretises no fees?

Like the other poster said, get the dealer to sweeten up the deal on the back end. Clothing, new bars, stage 1, etc.

Either that or shop shop shop for a slightly used one the day they get it and hope you can get a deal on it. They usually go fast.
