Thanks to all of the advice on here, my 2 buds and I installed some Martin Bros pipes on my Street Bob. Install was fun, pretty painless and best of all...saved me $200 over going to the dealer!
Also, bike has a PCIII from Fuel Moto, but was put on by previous owner and setup with the Stage 1 AC and Vance and Hines straightshot slipons. After pipe install the bike backfires a ton so I will get a new map on there ASAP as it will be a little while before I can get a dyno tune. Thinking about using the Dynojet map that is for the Vance and Hines big Radius 2-2 exhaust and stage 1 cleaner. These pipes seem close enough to them where the bike should run a lot better with that map until I can get a real tune.
I have a set of pipes on order. How hard was it to do the O2 sensors?
O2 sensors are fairly simple screw ins, based on your sig pic it looks as if you have a newer bike, My bike was 5yrs old before it got new pipes and the front o2 sensor was tough to get out but that was due to weather and such.
Thanks guys. The o2 sensors weren't tough at all. Used a tiny bit of pb blaster and the correct wrench and they came right off. The one odd or funny thing was the smoking from the sensors as anti seize burned off after initial startup.
