get a fork brace, steering damper, adjust fall away and give the forks a tune up youll be set....
i gotta come out and check out the fxdxt in person...
OI don't feel a need for a steering damper as I took it to 115 and took my hands off the bars without issue but I guess the fork brace might help. I am also pondering the true track or sputhe stabilizer. Any opinions on these?
Nothing too exciting about this bike as of yet, but all kinds of good stuf in the works.
The true track will take the unstable feeling or wobble out of the bike when traveling at speed in long corners or sweepers as I call them. I push my bike sometimes just because it's fun and felt this unstable feeling a long time ago when first bought. I am still pissed that these bikes don't come with more stability in the first place!!! Some say that you don't need a true track...well I guess they have not felt this unstable feeling ...YET!
We'll see where I end up once I have some money to spend. True Track is right by my pad, literally 10 minutes away but it costs more. Sputhe is in Grass Valley so it will take a day to get here. I have always been one for instant gratification.
