Have you ridden a Street Glide? I havent but every touring bike I have sat on felt cramped to me. I think its the location of the floor boards or something. I would try one first, might save you some dough, or it will make up your mind for you.

I've sat on them and at 5' 9" I'm good with the fit. Riding it will be the next step, if I'll get past looking into a fairing instead of seeing the open road!
