I have one, but really not sure it makes much of a difference and I have a 39mm FXDX...

However, I would have one just in case

Another choice is:
www.crossroadsperformance.com

Its the one I have.
What do they charge for the brace?

Don't you just hate it when they won't show prices on a web site?

My forkbrace was a Superbrace from my V-Rod.
I too notice the difference with a brace or without.
(And yes it's mosy notable in the conners, that is where they help the most. ) It does make the forks more "of a piece" just going down the road.

The benifits of having a fork brace have nothing to do with the size of your fork tubes. Although there might be notewothy changes in the ride, the big difference will never be felt unless you experience an object strike. The dynamics of that event are called gyro-scopic presession. That is; and force introduced into a rotating object with speed,(your front wheel hitting a critter, rock, Ect.) will be transmitted 90 degrees out in the direction of rotation, introducing a wobble.
I've had first hand experience with this more than I care to admit. I had furry little bunny run out from the side of the highway and commited suicide on my front wheel, going about 60 mph. That event set off such a bad wobble that I thought I was goin to have to ditch the bike! Really!

I put on a brace after that, and have had that happen 2 time more under nearly the same conditions. I was pleased to find that the bike would wobble only about a 2 count, and come out of it! No sweat.

Oh.....I also determined that there are lots of bunnies ont the road from my house to the freeway before daylight...LOL (Those little guys can wreck ya!)

Best wishes....Tim(HT)
