Calipers.."Brembo or PM"

Ride a bike with the Brembo's. They work great. The rotors for the brembo's (at least on the baggers) are 11.8". You can also get a 13" (300 mm )rotor and a bracket from RC components that will raise the caliper to accomodate the 13" rotor. PM also makes a caliper for 13" rotor and 13" full floating rotors.
It is a tough choice between the two. It all comes down to how much you want to spend.

Brembo.......
I had a Brembo oversized Rotor & 4 Piston Caliper setup on my 2005 Dyna and it was a night & day difference over stock. The bike has a S&S 124 in it so stopping it was a big problem with the stock brakes.
I've since changed the front end to a Buell unit with the Perimeter Braking system and it really stops you in a hurry. Since I was using the Buell Front Wheel I also used the rear wheel after I modified the rear end and now I have a 190 mm tire back there.
I wasn't aware that there was a Brembo Caliper & oversized Rotor available for my new 09 Dyna so I'm glad you brought this up. I'll be looking to order one as soon as I can confirm that it's available.
I still have the 05 Brembo setup and it's just collecting dust in the shop. PM me if you have any questions.
