Source 10 inch and 13 inch risers that accept harley clamps?

Source 10 inch and 13 inch risers that accept harley clamps?
I just bought an FXDXT and wanted tall risers that will accept the HD top clamp that holds the Speedo and tach. I will either go with 10 inch or 13 inch risers.
Actually, just finding someone that makes a 13 inch riser would be cool, even if I had to use a speedo adapter from Wild ones. Any help with this would be great.

I went on the Forbidden Moto website and sent an email a week ago. I haven't heard back from them yet. I tried to call them, but the phone was disconnected. Hopefully they are still in business.
BTW, where did you get your laydown license plate on your FXDX?
