Pull down on the tubes that connect to the housing and let them snap back. Had the same problem on mine don't know why or what happened but it fixed it

thanks guys as i found the problem, moved the break/throttle housing about a 1/8th inch out on the bar the cable track seemed tight on the housing, and a lot more lube down the cables fixed it rite up!
