I had the 11" Progressives and after getting my fender done by Rick I had to change the shocks to longer ones. I called Rick and he recommended at least 11.5" or 12" shocks. You will bottom out with 11" shocks and Rick's lowered fender. Hope this helps.
I have 11" Progressives and this fender and I have never bottomed out and I have to ride over a few really bad bridge expansion joints on my commutes to/from work. My front is also slammed over 2" with Progressive drop-in springs.
Not sure if it makes a difference or not but I have the regular Progressives and not the HD version. I also have them set on the softest setting and I am only ~160 lbs.
To original poster or whoever is inquiring about this fender, just make sure to tell Rick your suspension setup and seat type and he will build your fender to that. (shitty iPhone pic)
