holes should be the same, however, le pera site says the seats are different for the different year fenders. forgot to ask Ric about this. may have to bend the seat bracket? not sure?

Know what you meen. Bought a fender off eBay and chopped it. The more I looked at it I was thinking a full fender will look tough.
