Fishtails! Ha.

Not long ago I posted up about installing fishtails on a Dyna. For whatever reason, they don't seem to be all that common. I suspect that because they are no where near the best choice from a performance standpoint, many people choose other options. I am more interested in traditional styling so I wanted to see how a set of fishtails would work. Last year I attempted a two into one system, but I just didn't like it. This attempt works a lot better.... at least I think so. So I am hoping to get a few opinions from the board. Is this setup working with the bike, or does it just look out of place? Please respond.

Man, that looks like chit, but I feel sorry for ya. Drop it off at my house and I'll give you a lift home.

Seriously, that's an amazing bike. I'm not a fan of fishtails, but they fit on yours. And I really, really like the front wheel/spokes setup. And the springer. And the funky little sissybar.

Very Nice.

Very cool guys, thanks. Yeah, since I have yet to ride it, even I am undecided on the sound. No question fishtails sound a lot different than drag pipes.

I normally hate the looks of fish tails...

But I like it here. The setup is old school with that springer front end, 21" spoke wheel and the apes. They all fit so it looks like a theme - a good one

Looks sharp I really like it. Sounds good too. I have been seeing more of those around here in Arkansas in the last year

I like it. It's too bad the bottom isn't on the outside, it's a shame it has to hide behind the top.
