Did anybody see that what I believe has a FXR that Jesse James was riding on last night's Son of Guns? Interesting setup with all kinds of custom work, gauges etc. Screen shots from video. Hopefully thats OK

I don't think it's an FXR, pretty sure it is a modified FXDP, Dyna Police Defender

A good cue to an FXR is the frame geometry under the seat,an upside down triangle that houses the rear brake reservoir and batterry.Man I Miss My FXR!!

 

a twincam in an FXR frame would be a potent combo

Anyways back on topic, I really like the blue with yellow pinstripes on the police model. I think it touches off an almost euro or maybe retro Aussie look cause that is definitely a cool bike

 

"My dyna is one of my favorite bikes. It has a 127” motor with Dan Baisley heads that was built by Charlie at S&S’s custom motor shop. The trans is a Baker 6-Speed with close ratio 1, 2, 3, gears. Also has a Bandit clutch. I made a custom Thunderheader with 2 1/4” primary tubes for better flow. It has around 160h.p. But you would never know by looking at it. Everything is painted with stock wrinkle paint, and it even has the stock air cleaner. To me it’s a custom in a different way.
