Similar shape to a Bassani, but that's not how the Bassani end cap would attach and the baffle looks wrong. It's also possible that this could be a cut up pipe and that's why it's wrapped at the wrong end.

Default Pipe

I think it is a Bassani without an end cap. The baffle looks like mine without the end cap although I am not sure about the number of screws.
On second thought it is not a Bassani pipe because the two pipes on a Bassani come together in front of the cam chest not under it.
Anyone sure it isn't a chopped up Thunderheader ?

nope - aint no Bassani collector/baffle. more close to a supertrap with no disc pack or maybe one of the no name universal baffles??

its a 1 off guaranteed you pull the wrap off and youll see frankensteins stictches

aint horrible lookin from 10ft - if no cracks and the bracket is well fabbed (????) Id run the fukcer

I think the older versions of the V&H 2-1's had both pipes come around the front. Could be a cut up one of those without the decorative end cap. Otherwise a cut up thunderheader with a different baffle in the end. The thunderheader is chambered inside.

That is a Hooker Headers 2:1. You should be able to loosen the 2 bolts at the pipe exit and rotate the baffle to "tune" it.

I've had that and currently have the 2:2 version.

Love the performance.

They stopped making these in late 2000s.

Default Additional photos..

Ok, here are some additional pics...as you can see I removed the wrap, everything looks to be in decent shape, a little chrome polish and it doesn't look too bad...
