Love the bike...

IMO...and feel free to call me crazy...does anyone else think the stock exhaust with just slip-ons or no slip ons, fits the Street Bob better than an after market exhaust? I guess it depends on what vibe your going for, but in my case (2009 vivid black, V&H HS slip ons) the previous owner did subtle changes in a sort of old school theme (like changing tank emblems to 61'-62' ones) which is giving me pause at throwing on the pipes I wanted to originally.

I thought once I got the bike the slip ons would be the first to go, but my original choices for exhaust; Vance side shots, Bub sidecutters or Bassani Pro Streets are starting to look a bit too radical for old school look that has been started on my bike. I'm a HUGE aftermarket exhaust guy too so it feels odd for me to say I think I like the stock shape/look exhaust on the Street Bobs best.

Are those Vance and Hines Twin Slash slipons? Did you do the Stage One with download or what?
Indeed they are but only the slip ons nothing else..

Default Congrats!

Congrats on the new ride, nice looking bike! Hope you enjoy it and have a safe riding experience. Welcome to the forum, have only been here a little over a year myself but lots of great info from a lot of riders with tons of knowledge! If you ever have a question, just ask, the only dumb questions are those that aren't asked in my opinion.

Stay safe and have a great time!

Bo
