Let me know how your thunderheaders hold up, I painted mine with 2800 deg header paint and primer...No good, its coming off, I dont know what to do.
I like how terminology gets started, the term Club Bike....If you go to a run with a Dz differant Clubs....You will see everything from Dynas to Dressers....

My header still has the Original ceramic coating... I have just over 15k on the bike. The thunderheaders are hit or miss, some last, some dont, they are not very consistant on the coatings...

They are called KIJIMA. made in Japan.... they are Legit, thick and hold they're shape better than anything else I've found....

 

I also did a OE HD tach.. matches the speedo perfect

 

you did the kickstand..everyone forgets the kickstand..even I did. Seat hold down tab and axle adjuster plates are also often overlooked..I did those but forgot the fvcking kickstand lol. you killed it man, bike has come a long way in a short time. Great work!
