Default front end wobble

Had new tires installed on Sunday, on the ride home it was very windy and handling was difficult at times. Went for first good ride today and noticed a front end wobble on decel between the 40 and 50 mph range. Could this be due to fault tire balancing or alignment on replacing tires? I know I need to have the steering head tightened a little but had not noticed this before tire replacement.

Do you have spokes? If so they may need to be tightened

Check spokes, inflation, tire wear, balance. Any of those items can cause a wobble. Have you done any front end work lately?

If it starts wobbling on deceleration the first thing I would do is have the tire re-balanced. That said, while it's off check to make sure the spokes aren't lose and that the tire pressure is correct as well.
