I've been there man! Lived in a townhouse when I was in my early 20's, but was lucky to have a 12x8 enclosed storage, which housed my two bikes at the time, was a major reason I rented there. Then bought a small house with a long single garage when I was in my mid 20's which pretty much never had a car or truck in it, sleds and bikes only haha, now into my 30's and living in my "forever home" I am happy to have the garage that I have, but human nature is to always want more lol, if I could I'd have a 4 or 5 car shop with 16ft ceilings, would love to buy an older muscle car to work on with my son, but just don't have the room to take up one of the bays for 2 or 3 years that it would take to do a project like that.

I have a 2 car garage with nothing but my bike in it, and some of my son's toys.

And it is meticulously cleaned every time I am done working on anything.
