My 08 dyna with a 96 will spit oil unless I keep the oil just under full cold on the dipstick.
Have you tried running it with a bit less oil? That's where I would start.
My bike will drip pretty consistently if it's warm and on the full hot.
Mine stops spitting if it's just over the full cold mark when warm.

You say "oil not over filled." How do you define "over" filled? It seems a lot of us have to keep the level a little "below" the fill mark. My bike will run OK filled to the mark, but if I run it hard, it will puke.

May want to check the rubber hoses from the head to the air cleaner back plate. You might have some cracking going on.

My 06 UC did this everytime I was hard on the throttle. My 09 Dyna never does it even when slightly over filled. But my 09 makes the oil vanish. Go figure. I don't think it's anything to worry about.

This worked for me! Just make sure you replace the turkey blaster before Thanksgiving.
