Default Model A brake light wiring

I'm wanting to add a Model A brake light and side mount license plate bracket to my 09 Fat Bob. I've noticed that there are only 2 wires for these lights and was wondering if it's possible to wire this in where the light will act as a brake light and marker light. Thanks.

If it has a dual element bulb (1157) it can. Most likely it is grounded through the case and that's why there are only two wires.

I'm making one right now except mines a 37 Ford not a model a. If you haven't bought one yet check out speedwaymotors.com and I suggest an led it'll be more durable and brighter although not as easy to repair as an 1157 if needed.

Mine has two wires also, top one is the brake light 1156, the bottom one is the run/tag light and is a smaller bulb (can't remember the #). The brake light lights up bright because of the word STOP is in amber.
