although many many use it WD40 is not the best for this situation, Kroil, or P'Blaster is the best stuff, and will not attract and hold dust like WD40. Both Kroil, and P'Blaster are available at most auto parts stores, and at least one should be in every man's arsenal of oils, along with Zoom Spout, and Marvel Mystery Oil.

When you all put your throttle side grip on did you lube the bar and cables? If so, what did you use?

Btw, thanks for all the input.

when i did my grips on my last 2 bike i never used any lube. i dont think its needed unless you maybe you got alot of miles on the cables.

What kind of glue do folks use on the left grip? When dealing with metal or other custom grips, how do they hold on without glue?
