I found it at Latus HD for 231.00 awhile back. thats just the tire without the kit. They didnt have any in stock but you can check with them and still order it.. that 231 was with free shipping...as I remember.....i didnt buy one but thats the best price I've seen...

thats crazy price gouging... i can get a dunlop 200x 17 for 161 and free shipping... another reason im glad i did the 200 mod

 

is the 200 mod the same as the 180 mod? also the profile number is what on your tire. i realy like the 502, but it is an expensive tire.

 

its a wheel change as well as the tire... lots of ways to go about it and plenty of threads on the subject... i went with a 17x6 inch crossbones rim and a DUNLOP D401 200/55R-17 M/C 78V tire... looks killer to

 

Finding this particular tire at a good price is challenging (believe me I have tried, my SE 120R in my dyna is hard on tires) because it is unique in that it is designed to be 180 wide and yet work on the stock 17 inch wheel.

 

thanks superfast. i'll see if i can find a write up. my only issue now is that the spokes i want are 250 bucks for the 17 inch wheel. i like twisted spokes, and consider working on my scooter a bonding experance. 19 inch spokes were reasonable. not to be a splitting hairs but if you are willing to go to the 55 profile their are cheaper tires to be had
