has anybody else had a flat on this tire besides myself? for me this tire prefored rather well. it was like a run flat for a motorcycle in that when it went down i was not all over the road. i felt like i was following the paving machine and noticed it felt different, and then my brother told me i had a flat. i"ve had flat many years ago and the bike was all over the road, basically bar ditch to bar ditch.

I have had a flat on this tire, and yes it holds up well. I also have gone through
2 sets of these Dunlop. I decided I won't pay the high price for these anymore. As far as I know this 180 - 17 inch only is available from Dunlop and Pirelli, however just recently Michelin came out with the Michelin Scorcher. I now have these on my bike and have about 1,000 miles on them. Holy crap! These are nice tires. I know I will get twice the mileage on these compared to the Dunlop. I will buy the Michelin's again and recommend these over the Dunlop. Oh, I think I paid $180 for the rear.
