Default Fat vs. Street

Rode both of the '12's. The dealer has both in my color in stock. Ready to buy. Love them both. I guess it comes down to... what? Wanna get it done this week. Help please, before the OL has second thoughts.

I guess you just need to get the one that you like the best. We cant tell you what choice to make.

I hear the Fat Bob handles better but there's a lot visually going on that I don't really care for. I prefer the FXDC, but that's just my opinion. Of those two choices I would go with the Street Bob.

That. I took one for a test ride and loved the way it rode. Dual disks were awesome compared to the single. The chunky tire was great compared to my skinny 21. But then there's the visual aspect..... Not in love with it. Glad I'm not making the decision...

Of the two I would lean towards the Fat Bob. I've ridden the Street Bob and liked it, but since I've not ridden the Fat Bob I have no basis for comparison. As for looks, I like the Fat Bob.

Two completely different styles going on there. I had no interest in the street Bob as I can't do the "apes". I rode the Wide Glide, Fat Boy and the Fat Bob. The Fat Bob came out on top and that's what I just bought. I'm sure you will be happy either way. No bad choices.

I rode both, and several others, before I bought my Fat Bob and it came down to how much I liked it while riding it. The Street Bob models I demo'd were better looking and I came close on one with the yellow accent flames but in the end the big fat tire up front with dual disk sold me on the Fat Bob. The dual lights were easy enough to get rid of and I actually like the bobtail look vs the old timey replica tail light look the SB has. That being said, looks can be changed a lot easier than performance things can like a wide front end vs a narrow front end. That's the same reason I chose the FB over a Soft Tail. I liked the performance characteristics of the Fat Bob better. Is ride results more important than visual appeal or vice versa?

Just coming off a SB. Go w/ the SB, but your $, your choice.
