Yes it is the QD. I'll post more pics in the next couple days. You do have space up front. Memphis says the hogtunes will not fit.
Batwing, QD kit and 5" shield was $522 out the door at the dealer.

I can't see the pics. DOD computer.
Does the QD leave any permanent docking parts on the bike or does it clamp to the forks like the HD QD windshield.
Is that the Vintage Wide Mustang Solo? How does it fit around the tank?

Yes it leaves the docking hardware on the forks. Kinda cheesy, but effective.
Yes it's the Vintage Wide Mustang Solo. Great fit around the tank. Very comfortable. But sits you up a little higher then the stock seat.

I have the narrow vintage sits pretty good but doesn't fit around the tank.

Not sure. I was thinking that also. It would make a much cleaner option. Sounds like a winter project. Machine a new bracket to mount to the fairing to utilize the HD QD mounts.
