Engine modifications

Ill start by saying what ive done so far, 07 FXD: Joker machine intake,V&H short shots,Woods TW555 cams and lifters, screamin eagle adj. pushrods, TTS mastertune. Im thinking about having the heads ported and polished and maybe the 106" s&s kit. Anyone with similar mods? I would like to get some feedback on what has worked best for you etc.
