I love the HD Nostalgic grips. Perfect for my hand, I can have a relaxed grip and I love the look.

I needed a bit longer footpegs and went with the HD long ones with the chrome end pieces. Comfortable, good looking.

I don't buy too much Kury stuff, but their ISO grips are super comfortable and good quality. Have had them on my last 3 rides.

For foot pegs we make our own and they are infinitely adjustable and there really is no way to explain how comfortable they are without trying them.

For me, I've found the best grips to be the PM Renthals. Tried a few different pegs and settled on the HD Streamliners. They are wide and flat and feel pretty good. Actually, my riding boots (Redwings) have such good soles that they grip and are comfy on any pegs I've used.

I know what you mean about smaller hands. I personally purchased the 56799-04 grips which are a little smaller in diameter than stock. Much more comfortable on longer trips. I got the rubber pegs with the grip surface. I like to just put my heal up on them and ride without having to worry about my foot falling off.

I had the PM Renthals at first, really good grip but I didn't like the smaller diameter.
Now I have the PM Elite grips, which also have good grip and are the same diameter as the stock Harley grips.
