My Sig pic shows them but up close. They look the same the previous post.

For $500 the can't be beat. Compression adj is nice but have not needed it. I got the stock 13.5" length. The progressives I removed not the 970's didn't compare and I tossed them...

You tossed them? In the garbage??

Works looks a lot better imo. Single rate spring tracker is less expensive and is prolly just right for a Harley.. ??

Not at all, if your running w/bags they can also be mounted with the piggy back pointing forward

Are you looking for comfort?

I've been through the whole line of progressive shocks, the 440s feel like you're riding a softail (untill they bottom out on a drive way, had 11.5).

The 970s to me feel like the 418s with more adjustability, when riding two up the added load makes them feel more like the 440s as far as plush ride goes.

ALso, are you ready to have a drastic change in your bike's rear fender? You're going to be seeing a lot more rear tire!

there in a box they were 11.5" and the bike handled very poorly. Course the front forks were slipped down the tubes to lower the bike. I think they were 440's and 10 years old...
