Are T-Bars / Tall drag bars really that agressive?

i've read a few guys saying they have the 10" t bars and wish they went with 12" t bars. can anyone offer any insight as to why to go a little higher? i am 6'3" and can't decide between the two. does the 12" allow you to lean back a little more if necessary? better control on the 10"s? do the 10"s make you lean forward more or can you still be in a relaxed riding position?
thanks for any replys!

I can only say the 10's are good for me and I don't feel any reason to not keep them. But I personally would not want any 12" TBars, straight up or pullback. I have long arms and plus I don't really like to lean back, I like to be straight up or even a bit forward. With the 10's I'm straight up.

Alot of people do complain with 10's for back pain on long hauls they are riding in a "c" shape position that messes with the lower back. Since I have back problems, I went 10's with bars that have 4" rise im at 14" total
Im 6'4 and super comfy
