I was looking at them pretty hard a while back. The cost is just too much for me. Especially since I didn't want a really loud pipe and was looking at the LSR 2-1 Spyder. It would have cost me around 1100 dollars without the heat shields. I'm sure they are a great pipe but boy are they proud of them. As far as them being similar in price to a D&D pipe. The D&D will be quite a bit cheaper. Especially if you get LSR's heat shields.

 

Really, my lsr II black w shields was $990. The d&d I was comparing was $975. Almost the same pipe.

You must compare apples to apples. The spider is not the same.

 

I've had one on my Road King for three years and it sounds great. Had a rivit come out of the badge and they sent a new badge and rivits right away. Good service.
