I've been looking for 18" apes all over the place. There are so many that look good, but honestly I really like the way the Demon Cycle "El Diablo" bars look. I'm a little nervous to deal with them though, Ive heard just as many good things as bad about Demon. How do you like them? are those good quality in your opinion?
Your right when you say hearing just as many horror stories as good ones. I got them off ebay. I had nothing but good things to say about my transaction. Hell and free shipping. Bars feel great. I like that the ends dont turn down as much as the road 6 customs bar and rsd. Well the RSD bars are just way to much money. So to answer your question, no issues with the company or quality. They are some strong/heavy bars being 1.25" in diameter.
